- 12 slices cheddar or American cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Pickles (optional)
- Caramelized onions (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Press the beef mixture into an even layer on the prepared sheet pan, matching the size of the slider buns.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the beef reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Drain excess fat from the pan.
- Lay cheese slices over the hot beef and let them melt for 2-3 minutes.
- Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected.
- Brush the bottom buns with melted butter and lightly toast if desired.
- Cut the beef-and-cheese slab to fit the buns and place it on the bottom layer.
- Add optional toppings such as pickles, caramelized onions, or burger sauce.
- Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Place the tops on the sliders and return the tray to the oven for 5-7 minutes until warm and lightly golden.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately.
Notes
These sliders can be fully assembled several hours ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake. Reheat leftovers covered in a low oven to keep the buns soft.
