- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 to 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass halfway with ice and set aside.
- In a jar or shaker bottle, combine the coffee, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds until fully mixed and lightly frothy.
- Pour over ice and stir gently before serving.
Notes
Add 1 tablespoon of half-and-half or coconut cream for extra creaminess. Use espresso or cold brew concentrate for a stronger coffee flavor. Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for a spiced twist. Best enjoyed fresh, or store without ice in the fridge up to 24 hours and shake before serving.
