  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, melt butter and mix with white and brown sugars until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  4. Whisk in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  5. Stir in vanilla bean paste or extract.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth out the top.
  8. Optional: Sprinkle extra brown sugar on top for caramelized crust.
  9. Bake for 20–30 minutes, until edges are golden and center is set (toothpick should come out with moist crumbs).
  10. Cool completely before slicing. Add frosting or drizzle if desired.

Notes
