- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F if baking.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown. For baked version, transfer to a baking dish.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape the pan. Add cream cheese and Parmesan, whisking until smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat it in sauce. Simmer for 3–5 minutes or bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
