- 1 ½ cups pizza or marinara sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 large eggs
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Your favorite toppings: sliced pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, or spinach
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with olive oil or spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Add cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with pizza sauce, remaining mozzarella, and your favorite toppings.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm for the best cheesy texture.
