- 2 cups 100% fruit juice
- 2 tablespoons grass-fed unflavored gelatin
- Optional: fresh lemon juice
- Optional: pinch pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Pour 1/2 cup cool juice into a bowl.
- Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the cool juice to bloom.
- Let sit 5 minutes until fully absorbed.
- Warm remaining juice gently under 120°F (do not boil).
- Whisk bloomed gelatin into warm juice until fully dissolved.
- Add optional lemon juice or pink salt if using.
- Pour into glass container or silicone mold.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours until fully set.
- Cut into cubes before serving.
