Instructions
- Pour boiling water over gelatin powder in a large bowl.
- Stir continuously for 2 minutes until fully dissolved and clear.
- Add cold water and stir gently to combine.
- Mix in mini marshmallows while mixture is warm but not boiling hot.
- Refrigerate for about 45 minutes until slightly thickened but not fully set.
- Fold in whipped topping gently until fully combined.
- Fold in well-drained fruit carefully to avoid excess liquid.
- Pour into serving dish or individual cups.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or until fully set.
- Serve chilled and garnish with extra marshmallows if desired.
