Instructions
- Pour the cold water into a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin evenly over the surface.
- Let the gelatin sit for about 2 minutes to bloom without stirring.
- Add ½ cup of boiling water to the bloomed gelatin.
- Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add the ice cubes directly into the warm gelatin mixture.
- Stir continuously for 1–2 minutes while the ice melts.
- Continue stirring until the mixture thickens into a soft, jiggly texture.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10 minutes for a firmer texture.
