A bold, smoky, all-purpose seasoning mix with a fun name and a striking blue salt twist. Perfect for steak, burgers, roasted veggies, and grilled chicken.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup coarse sea salt or kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
- 1–2 teaspoons Persian blue salt crystals or a pinch of butterfly pea powder (optional for blue salt effect)
Instructions
- If using Persian blue salt, lightly crush crystals. If using butterfly pea powder, use a small pinch.
- In a medium bowl, combine salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, rosemary, crushed red pepper, and thyme.
- Gently fold in the blue salt or butterfly pea powder until streaks are visible.
- Transfer to a clean glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Label and store in a cool, dry place. Best used within 6 months.
