A fluffy, golden focaccia bread with garlic and parmesan, perfect warm from the oven.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup warm water
- 2¼ tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated parmesan
Instructions
- Bloom yeast in warm water and sugar.
- Mix dough ingredients.
- Rise until doubled.
- Dimple, top, bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes.
Notes
Best served warm. Store up to 2 days.
