A fluffy, golden focaccia bread with garlic and parmesan, perfect warm from the oven.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Bloom yeast in warm water and sugar.
  2. Mix dough ingredients.
  3. Rise until doubled.
  4. Dimple, top, bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes.
