- 2 cups white chocolate chips or white candy melts
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips (optional)
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil or vegetable shortening
- Pastel sprinkles (pink, purple, yellow, blue)
- Easter M&Ms or pastel mini M&Ms
- Edible glitter or pearl dust (optional)
- Easter-themed sprinkle mix
- Mini Cadbury eggs, crushed (optional)
Instructions
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper and prepare decorations.
- Add white chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Optionally divide and color chocolate with oil-based food coloring.
- Dip each pretzel into melted chocolate using a fork.
- Let excess chocolate drip off and place on parchment paper.
- Immediately decorate with sprinkles and toppings.
- Repeat in small batches so chocolate stays workable.
- Let pretzels set at room temperature for 15–20 minutes or refrigerate 5–10 minutes.
- Serve, package, or store once fully set.
Notes
Use oil-based food coloring only. Work quickly as chocolate sets fast. Reheat chocolate briefly if needed. Store in airtight container for up to one week.
