Description

These crispy cinnamon sugar banana chips are the perfect healthy snacks for kids — easy enough for busy weekdays and sweet enough to feel like a treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large ripe but firm bananas
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp avocado oil or melted coconut oil
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into 1/8- to 1/4-inch rounds.
  2. Toss the slices in a bowl with oil until lightly coated.
  3. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small dish and sprinkle over the banana slices.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 330°F and line the basket with parchment or lightly oil the tray.
  5. Arrange banana slices in a single layer. Air fry 8–10 minutes, flip, then cook another 6–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Let the chips cool completely. They will crisp up as they cool.

Notes

For a fun twist, try adding cocoa powder or pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon. These make great school snacks or healthy party treats!
