Healthy, crispy apple chips made with just apples and cinnamon – a perfect guilt-free snack!
Ingredients

- 2 apples
- 1–2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 225°F.
- Slice apples very thin.
- Place on lined baking sheets.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake 1 hour, flip slices, then bake an additional 45–60 minutes.
- Turn off oven and let cool inside to crisp completely.
Notes
Mandoline slicer recommended for even slices. Store in an airtight container for 5–7 days. For quicker method, use air fryer at 300°F for 15–20 minutes.
