Instructions

Notes
For a milder dip, use just the chili oil and fewer crunchy bits. For extra richness, mix in 1 to 2 tbsp cream cheese. A drizzle of honey balances the heat if you like sweet-spicy flavors. Add a pinch of smoked paprika or ground cumin for depth.
