Description

- 2 cans (10.5 oz each) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 4 cups frozen green beans, thawed and drained
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/3 cups French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the soup, milk, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Add the green beans and 2/3 cup of the French fried onions. Mix gently.
- Pour the mixture into a 1½-quart baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbling.
- Sprinkle the remaining onions on top and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, until golden brown.
Notes
You can substitute fresh green beans for a crisp texture, or use canned if preferred. Add shredded cheddar for a creamy twist, or make it vegan with plant-based ingredients.
